Both are complete endings to Recon, and neither needs a purchase. Their pages show no offer.

If you buy Access without Recon

Without a Recon Logbook, Access starts with the Entry Check. It takes about 80 minutes: you write your question and criteria, your time and money, your own count of local job postings and entry pay, three risks and a Decision Record. After at least one night, you confirm Go, No Go or Not Yet. The decision is yours, and the nine stages are open whatever you write. After a No Go or a Not Yet, you can stop there or go on.

Access comes with a 14-day refund. If you ask within 14 days of buying, you get a full refund.
