Who to contact
Liviu Munteanu, based in Romania, is the contact for this website. For questions about this notice or information you have sent by email, use the address below.
The sign-up preview collects nothing
The email field and the two boxes are disabled, so you cannot enter or submit anything. This preview stores no email address, eligibility line, consent or program answer. The box text only shows the planned layout.
What the Recon app will store, when Recon opens
Your email address, your Logbook answers, your progress, your settings for the service emails, and your marketing consent if you give it. Your answers are used to run Recon for you and, only in anonymised and aggregated form, to improve Recon. Deleting your account deletes your Logbook. Sign-up asks for no LinkedIn profile, no essay and no question about money.
Emails from Recon, when it opens
Three service emails, and you can switch off each one: a nudge after 7 days without progress, a note when the night after your Decision Record has passed, and the reminder for the review date you set if you wrote Not Yet. One email about Access after a confirmed Go, sent only if you ticked the marketing box. Unsubscribing is one click.
Your theme preference
If you choose the light or dark theme, this site stores only that choice in your browser’s local storage under fz2c-theme. It is not sent to an analytics or sign-up service. You can remove it by clearing site storage in your browser. If storage is unavailable, the toggle still works for the current page.
Tracking and external services
The site has no analytics, advertising, replay, bot-verification, checkout or embedded community scripts. Fonts are served with the website. No sign-up or marketing-email service is connected to the preview.
Web requests and hosting
Your browser makes ordinary requests to the host to load pages, fonts and assets. The host receives connection information needed to serve those requests. This build is prepared for Cloudflare static hosting. Hosting configuration and any operational logging and retention must be confirmed in the published notice before public launch.
Contact by email
The contact link opens your email app. A message you send leaves this website and travels by ordinary email, so please do not include health, medical history or other sensitive details. The website does not send email for you.
Future program processing
The Recon app, payments and community participation need their own complete processing information, including processors and how long each record is kept, before they open. The disabled boxes shown here do not make those services active and do not obtain consent.
